Font mood board

For my font
mood bored I use a website called dafont which allowed me to access font that I
would not be able to access on word processors. This means I was able to find different
and original font that are less common and less well known. As my music
magazine is promoting alternative, rock and indie music I want a fount which
reflects these. To reflect these, I chose fonts that where distorted, miss sharpen
and even fonts that have lines through them. I need to make sure my font attracts
my target audience if the magazine doesn’t look astatically pleasing less
people will be drawn to read it. I want the master head to be a font that
stands out and catches people attention. When it comes to the main cover line
and cover lines I want a fount that is bold so people can easily see what is in
my magazine such as articles and features. When it comes to the feature article
I need a front that is clear and easy to read and is very practical. I only
want to stick to 3 fonts this is so my magazine stays neat and organised. The font
need to be very practical but also have style and when my audience read my magazine
I want the magazine to stand out to them but also be an easy and practical
read.
Colour mood bored

My colour
mood bored is all basted on the the answers I got in my music magazine questionnaire.
The colours I got the most answers for was gold, red, white, black and silver. I
need to include some of these colours in my magazine as doing the reassure this
is what I fount my audience demanded the most. On this mood bored I tried to
find what colours contrast the most, in the end that was red, gold, black and
white. Also included lost of shaded the the colours and I want my magazine to
be astatically pleasing and to succeed this I need the colours to contrast
together. In the end I made the conclusion that gold and silver did not contest
together and I wanted one of these colours to be my master head and over things
I wanted to sand out. In the end I have decided to include 3 colours gold,
white and black also a hint of red. I think these colour contrast really well
and are also very eye change colours this will make my magazine stand out. I have also chosen this colours as I want my magazine
to look like the gold addition of NME as I want my magazine to look alternative
but also classy and neat.
