Distribution of my media product

I have decided that bauer would be the best company to try and get to publish my magazine for many reasons, It publishes over 600 magazine so I believe they would be able to give me into making my magazine big and make a good profit. This also shows that they have a lot of experience what sells to the public market when it comes to magazines. They also have 50 radio station with this I could make Tide into a radio station for people who like the music in my magazine. This would give me more profit and a higher public reading and listening to my products with Beuers experience I believe they are the best company to help me with this.They have helped such magazines as Q and Kerrange to become multi  media brand and I believe out of the media publishes they would be the most effective when making my magazine into a multi media brand. 

With Beuer being such a big company I would be able to rely on them fictionally when it comes to makes my magazine. Starting off it maybe that my magazine isn't selling due to it not being very know but Bauer would be able to cover my while I get up and running. 

Beuers target market is very young and my magazine is for quite a young audience just like mine. It has a target market for music magazines at 18/25 for both females and males. My magazine may have a target market for quite a bit younger but my magazine is for boys and girls. Bauer has a target market for both boys and girls so they can help me to make my magazine attract to both males and females. This also would be a plus if Beuer do decide to publish my magazine I would already have kinda of an audience to read my magazine as people are already reading other magazines that Bauer publish. 

I believe Beuer would be good to publish my magazine and I have reasons why they should publish
my magazine. When you look at the music magazines that Bauer already publish like: 

-The Box 

-4 Music 

-Kerrange!

-Magic 

-Smash Hits

there are no music magazines that is like mine. It would be new and no competition with in Bauer so it would be nothing they sell to the public already. My magazine is modern and is all about new band and to help people find new bands but also to focused  on a new alternative stage of music. Baure publishes no music magazine with that same genera of music as my magazine so there is a big target market that Baure would then also be able to cover.

There are many pros if you are published by a big company like financially stability but there are also many cons when being published by a big company like Bauer. They may take control for your magazine so you wouldn't have full control of what the final product looked like before going out for the public. Also with the big company there are a lot of companion fro the best selling magazine and my magazine would be fighting for the public to read it over Q and NME as our magazine has some of the same features and target market. But saying all this there are also pros and cons with going with a small company like having no financial stability they would not be able to help me financially as I started selling my magazine and may not make a solid profit to start with. But with a small company I would be able to make all the chose in my magazine.But this also can be a down side as I wont have a perceptional eye to see what need improving and Bauer can do that for me as they have a lot of experience.    

I went for a big company and specifically Beuer due to point above and there
are many company I could of chose but didn't e.g: TimeINC and Future Plc. I didn't chose thees company as TimeINC publish NME which is a big magazine that would be big competitions for me also TimeINC then cover may sort of target market as Baure don't, I also didn't chose Future Plc as that they cover more gaming magazine and I don't believe they would be able to get there target market to read my magazine so I went for a more music bases publishing company.
